Her mother, Anne, was a performer in church theater when she was young that instilled a love of theater and performance in Jenna. Jenna was a spectator as her mother Anne performed in church plays. Her love for performance and theater was instilled when she was a little girl.
She's an actress trained who returned to theater after The Office. She was a part of Josh Hamilton Leslie Bibb Fred Weller in Neil LaBute's Off Broadway show Reasons to be Happy. The play was followed by her participation as the first woman to appear in Steve Martin's new play Meteor Shower, an absurdist comedy opposite Greg Germann and Josh Stamberg, for a record-breaking show in the Old Globe Theatre.
Angela Kinsey from The Office (the co-star of Fischer) as well as her real life best friend Angela Kinsey of The Office, started a podcast back in October. The show was called Office Ladies. The show is now extremely well-known and is now in the Top Ten every single week. Its initial year, it had over 200 million downloads. Office Ladies was awarded the iHeart Radio Podcast of the year award in January 2021.
She's also the co-author for Office BFF's Tales of The Office The Story of Two Best Friends The Office. This memoir is about their friendship and the work they did on The Office.
